We'd find stiffness in the deep muscles, carefully and entirely relax the muscles of your shoulder blade, back, neck, shoulder, arms and legs using the therapist's forearms, elbows and thumbs, which are the unique characteristics of lomi lomi techniques. The course also effectively interweaves some stretching (especially the 90 min. course), provides an active blood circulation and soothes your nerves. |
